Hell's Kitchen...
Oh, I LOVE this show!!!
I posted on their message boards, under name "Chefeater", but now Chefeate1.
-But, I will no longer post there. -Not like this.
Their message board discussions have become more juvenile, and trivial as each week passes.
I love the show, and the show's good cooking lessons, but I must now abandon their message boards, for lack of REAL Kitchen issues, by the ones who post comments there nowadays.
-I've said it before, and I'll say it again:
Chef Ramsay is one employer I'd be happy to work for, because he IS an ethical individual, who cares what is going on in his kitchen!

Hi Dk-
I've just listened to "Envision" over at your garageband spot. I will be listening to all the songs you've posted throughout the day whenever I take writing breaks. I particularlay loved the ending that changed up from the rest. The voice as always is exceptional. I can't describe it in music terms, I can only say that it moves me when I hear it. I'll be writing you another comment as I've listened to your playlist.
Thanks!
-That version you heard was hurriedly done in 2006, but You'll see some improvements in the 2008 version. -The back up voices aren't completly done yet, but I'm working my voice up to finish it.
-It's harder for me to sing now, than it was then, but I refuse to be beaten by my own song!!!! ;-)
I'm glad you're enjoying the playlist! -Take your time, and get back to me when you can! I appreciate you checking them out!
-Thanks again!
Have you ever watched his other show Kitchen Nightmares? Both the BBC and the American one is really good. He visits failing restaurants and tries to turn them around.
brilliant stuff....
Yes, I liked "Kitchen Nightmares" as well, but (of course, and as usual) Hell came first.
My current lifestlye does not allow me to purchase additional channels, including some BBC channels I love (-which I hear are MUCH better...) But, with any good grace of God, I hope to be able to afford better as I continue to age.
Our combined internet/cable/phone package shouls allow me to PICK the channelas I want, rather than ONLY providing channels in a certain price range.
-I should be allowed to be FREE to pick the channels I want to watch, and pay for.
-Maybe someday, but 'till then, I'll continue to make do with what I've got, and be grateful that I have it.
